Have all your agreements in place, plus child(ren)? This is the best choice for assistance through the process as quickly as possible, including Property and Financial agreements and a Parenting Plan that is catered to your unique needs as a family,
Can’t agree on things such as property division, financial disentanglement, parenting time, maintenance, child support? Deposit a retainer of 6k to get started and then you will be billed 395/hr. as we you go. Additional expense, travel and hearing fee terms apply.
Need a neutral third party to help resolve disputes without taking sides? If agreements are reached, I can also help draft the Memorandum of Understanding, enforceable by the Court. Pre-pay and schedule for a half day (up to 3 hrs) and we can add more time if necessary for an additional fee.
